Senior Project Manager HighRely is seeking a Senior Project Manager who is looking to join a dynamic, forward thinking, goal-oriented company. The candidate will plan, schedule and manage his/her own work assignment while creating, leading, directing, and managing the life cycle of a project/program. The candidate will have an opportunity to utilize a variety of project management techniques including program level integrated schedules and engineering team-based schedules utilizing Critical Chain Project Management as well as Critical Path Integrated Schedules methodologies. The position will also include opportunities to develop advanced project management techniques, tools and processes.
The candidate will be working together in a variety of situations in the creation of daily work schedules for engineering teams and/or integrated schedules for the derivative program leaders. In addition, the candidate will be called upon to research, analyze, create, and present scheduling data for recommendation to management. Working knowledge of the Theory of Constrains, Project Management disciplines and Lean is preferred. Familiarity with DO-178B processes required.
Minimum of a bachelor degree with 8 years project-related experience is required. PMP Certification is highly desirable.

Communications Systems Engineer HighRely has an excellent opportunity for a Communications Systems Engineer to lead communication systems team efforts in the design and delivery of spaceborne payloads. Lead activities will include: system architecture definition; requirements definition and allocation; performance analysis and simulation; system model and simulation tool development; system design; trade studies; and systems engineering support to hardware design, manufacturing, integration and test. Must be capable of providing technical expertise and leadership in one or more of the following areas: spaceborne payload systems engineering design, communication systems, laser/optical communication systems, antenna systems design, RF and digital systems design, baseband and digital signal processing, modulation theory, signal detection and estimation, and synchronization theory.

Test Engineer HighRely is in need of a Test Engineer who will be responsible for software testing activities as well as assisting the Test and Development Leads. Position requires direct customer interface and requires working with the System Engineers and Software Developers to ensure requirements have been met and existing functionality has not been affected. Candidate is responsible for writing test scripts and executing test procedures and documenting test results. Support test lead in planning test activities, and work with the software development team to develop coordinated software release and test schedules. Candidate to perform other related duties and assignments as required. Must have experience with CMMI Level 5 test processes and associated artifacts. System Requirements & Verification Engineer HighRely has an immediate opening for a System Requirements and Verification Engineer to support on-going requirements management and verification activities for our client. Tasks include performance of system level requirements verification analyses and trades, interface definition and management, and tracking of system requirements verification activity to closure. This position will work closely with technical personnel from the client and other organizations to ensure that verification activities including analysis, inspection, demonstration and test are traceable through the system design to the originating requirements. Systems Designated Engineer Representative HighRely has an excellent opportunity for a Systems Designated Engineer Representative (DER). This position requires the applicant to be eligible for U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Successful candidates will be FAA Airworthiness Representatives capable of approving aircraft modifications on behalf of the FAA. The ideal candidate will be an FAA DER with 3 years experience in leading a diverse group technically and administratively. Strong background in DO-178B and DO-254 is required.
This position is responsible for technical approval of the structural or electrical engineering aspects of aircraft modifications for both civil and military aircraft.
