Medical Insurance
HighRely offers group medical insurance for employees and dependents. Employees are responsible for 100% of their insurance premiums. Coverage can be effectiveafter 60 days of employment.

Dental Insurance
HighRely offers group dental insurance for employees and dependents. Employees are responsible for 100% of their insurance premiums. Coverage is effective after 60 days of employment.

Bonus Plan
HighRely offers both referral bonuses and team lead bonuses. Team leads are provided with additional leadership compensation after six months of demonstrated leadership, in accordance with the team size and responsibility. Referral bonuses are provided for candidate and business referrals.

Life Insurance
HighRely will soon offer $50,000.00 and $100,000.00 member life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance to all employees. Employees are eligible at time of hire to participate. Employees are responsible for 100% of their insurance premiums. Coverage is effective the first of the month following one full month of employment.

The 401(k) Plan
HighRely offers a way for employees to contribute pre-tax dollars to a retirement plan, with eligibility on the first month following 30 working days of employment.

Paid Holidays
HighRely offers employees six paid holidays per year, after 60 days of service. The holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.
